SmartSign is an iPad running a native iOS app that provides customers with information on Apple products. With stores in over 16 countries, the system is able to accommodate variations in graphics, layouts, data, text and translations.
Rate Plan Tool - Apple Retail
The Rate Plan Tool allows an admin user to add, edit and remove cellphone rate plan information. Admins needed to quickly make and verify complicated changes from multiple cellphone carriers throughout the world. With access to all layout settings and real time previews, admins are able to quickly make updates worldwide.
Abbynormal - Apple Retail
Abbynormal ( Abby ) is an API for the localization and refinement of centralized data, currency, speeds and text. Abby was built in response to the need to quickly support multiple applications for 16 countries.
Instead of explicitly setting all attributes for all possible transforms, Abby sets each attribute with a default value. Individual transformations are applied only if required by the requesting geography or application. Only rules and values that deviate from the default values ( i.e. abnormal ) are added to the database

Mall Directory - Mall of America, Minnesota
Mall of America requested a modern update to the traditional static store directory. Due to Mall of America’s large size and the number of stores their customers needed an intuitive and easy-to-use directory. Additionally, administrators needed to easily maintain and update content while taking advantage of their existing data.
Customers are presented with a touchscreen directory that displays their current location via ‘You Are Here’ map pin, interactive & animated maps and store listings that are dynamically arranged and balanced over multiple columns.
TV Controller - T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas
T-Mobile Arena’s suites are furnished with touchscreen displays allowing visitors to watch television and order refreshments. The project's major goal was to provide a low-friction interface that does not take visitors' attention from their concert or sports event.
